Habitat: Garden Sage, also known as Kitchen Sage, grows as a small
perennial shrub with large silvery green leaves and light purple
owers. It has been grown in many gardens as a spice and used in
medicine for centuries. It is native to the Mediterranean.
Think about what you want to envision. Become that envisioning in order to manifest your dream. Be clear in what you want and how you want to get there. Take care to not overthink it. Be brave in trusting your inner vision of your life. Whatever dreams you have given up on, made small or ignored, now is the time to revisit, dig up, and bring into your awareness. What do you want your life to look like in a year, or five years? Go outside the constraints of time and know that your life can be exactly how you want it right now.
Release stuck emotions, stagnant areas in your body holding things
that no longer are of use. Dries up pools of stuck emotions so that
you are free from revisiting the same bog. Clears the eyes removing
dampness. Clears the mind removing muddled thinking. Uplifts the
spirit, releasing antiquated notions.
