Habitat: Strawberry Hedgehog Cactus, also known as Engelmann’s Hedgehog Cactus or Torch Cactus, is one of the most common cactuses in the desert areas of Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. It grows in well draining soil in plains, canyons, and hillsides.
