perspective. Listen and know that all is well. All
is good. You will feel. You will know.”

Keywords: perspective, lightness, awareness, tranquility, patience, trust

Habitat: Bristlecone Pine, also know as Great Basin Bristlecone, is
found in Utah, Nevada, and Eastern California. Living for over 5,000
years, the Bristlecone Pine is the oldest known plant on earth. It often
grows in small groves just below the tree line: between 5,600 and
11,200 feet.

MESSAGE

When you sit with a Bristlecone Pine tree, you are only able to be
yourself. It is hard to worry about others or daily cares. It disrupts any
pattern that does not support who you are. It encourages the release
of fear and control in all aspects of life. Bristlecone Pine encourages
physical expansion and centering. It clears out things that are holding
you back and helps to connect you to your core. It helps to integrate
all parts of yourself. Trust in yourself. Take back what you gave away
to parents, family, and personal relationships. Reclaim your truth
within rather than relying on external guidance.

Embrace your expression in this life and receive your soul template
seeing the perfectness of it for you right now. It holds you in
connection to your higher self to gain perspective. It asks you to listen
and know that all is well. All is good. All will be good. You will see. You
will feel. You will know.
