Advanced Techniques

Advanced Techniques expands craniosacral therapy skills by introducing direct techniques, intraosseous bone palpation and remodeling, body-centered movement, and advanced approaches for spinal and cranial restrictions. The course includes detailed work with suture and cranial base releases, occipital angle release, maxillary arch remodeling, sinus drainage, mandibular ligament and meniscus release, intraosseous mandible techniques, and brain palpation with motility assessment and balancing.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the benefits and appropriate use of direct techniques

  • Develop skills in intraosseous palpation and bone remodeling

  • Practice body-centered movement principles

  • Learn advanced spine mobilization techniques

  • Improve palpation sensitivity and assessment specificity

  • Understand cranial base physiology and compensation patterns

  • Perform specific cranial base and suture release techniques

  • Learn advanced mandible and sinus release techniques

  • Explore brain palpation, motility assessment, and balancing methods
